Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will become an integral component of our growing marketing team, supporting several key stakeholders. You will join a privately held tech company whose vendor management platform serves the short-term accommodation and hospitality markets. It is on a rapid trajectory with virtually unlimited growth potential. While other companies are downsizing and reorganizing, we are scaling up. The market potential is massive, and we need you to help us capture more of it.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will:
· Utilize business intelligence and data analysis tools to target key demographics and conduct thorough competitor analysis with a focus to increase engagement and drive conversion
· Become a subject matter expert in insurance ALE temporary housing, short-term rentals, corporate relocation, extended vacation accommodations, and nomadic workers
· Conduct keyword research, develop strategies and execute them with precision and purpose to refine our digital marketing efforts to improve SEO, SEM, and search rank
· Work with product managers, business analysts, content creators, and our development team to deploy optimized landing pages
· Creating and deploying tags and pixels to our sites for tracking & remarketing
· Uncover back linking opportunities
· Follow emerging trends and best practices then adapt activities and strategies appropriately
· Manage ad campaigns including bid strategy, PPC, landing page optimization, creative ad copy, and iterative A/B testing of campaigns & optimizing for higher conversions across all channels
· Creation, execution, and management of highly effective paid search, display, video, and social campaigns
· Media placement adhering to defined budgets
· Analyzing campaign performance along with optimization recommendations and provide a regular cadence of reporting metrics, KPIs and ROI across all channels
Qualifications:
· 2+ years' experience in high-performance digital marketing (Paid Social, Display, YouTube & SEM)
· 2+ years' experience writing/developing conversion-focused content
· 2 + years applied practical experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM with the capability to interpret data to understand trends and improve performance
· Must have proven track record of running effective digital ads and marketing campaigns
· Proficiency deploying and tracking effective email marketing campaigns, drip marketing automations, and a functional understanding of engagement tools such as Sharpspring or Constant Contact or similar
· Must have expert level understanding of ranking factors, Google search best practices, and policies
· Jedi mastery with tools such as SEMRUSH and experience with SEM campaign management
· Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Highly motivated and self-directed, strong work ethic and positive attitude

OBASA / Six Three Suites is a boutique provider of fully furnished and serviced luxury accommodations. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping Team in Regina, SK who takes personal pride in delivering a service and product that “wows” the customer.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently or as a team, and with cleaning/disinfecting homes, including refreshing linens as well as office cleaning.
As a Housekeeper for OBASA / Six Three Suites, your responsibilities include, but are not solely defined as:
· Cleaning furnished apartments, condos, and homes from top to bottom, including, but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass, laundering linens, making beds, and scrubbing bathroom and kitchen surfaces
· Retrieving and delivering packets of keys and other access devices to Company suites and property lockboxes for arriving guests
· Laundering all linens, all dishes in dishwasher, wiping all surfaces inside and out after each guest
· Move out clean prepared for each new guest
· Spotting and reporting maintenance issues
· Providing a 5-star, white glove first impression to every guest arriving at a Company suite
· Providing outstanding customer service to all guests
· Always representing the Company in a professional manner, including in your presentation and behavior
· Maintaining an attitude of cooperation with fellow employees, and assist them in handling the clients’ and guests’ needs
· Providing input and suggestions on how to provide our service in a better, faster, or easier way without undermining the client experience
· Receptiveness to feedback from team members
Required:

Main Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Answering telephone reservation inquiries and conducting site tours.
· Aiding Condo Owners and residents on the property.
· The liaison between maintenance and housekeeping.
· Entering Reservation into our Software Program.
· Racking sales Leads and following up regularly.
· Preparation of quotes and invoices, processing payments and reconciling accounts monthly.
· Promoting sales and marketing promotions and participating in company social media.
Education and Experience
· Completed Grade 12 or GED
· 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or sales, hospitality, or related industry experience
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Muli task oriented and well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, CRM, and PMS systems
· Understanding of numbers and the ability to calculate monthly invoices
· Valid Driver’s License
Experience:
