Best Shopping Malls in Saskatoon
Midtown
Boxing Day Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
As Saskatoon’s premier downtown shopping location, Midtown has you covered from your favourite fashion brands, to a wide range of fantastic dining options in their popular food hall. Modern, trendy and recently renovated, this mall has something for everyone.

Lawson Heights
Boxing Day Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
If Midtown is too busy, we recommend this great mall close by to two of our fully-furnished short term rental suites, River’s Edge and River Gate.
Despite the lesser traffic, you can still find most of your favourite brands and shops here. It features an excellent selection for adults and seniors, however, if you’re shopping with teens, they may be disappointed.

The Centre Mall
Boxing Day Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
With lots of free parking, a great selection of nearby department stores, and a movie theatre, this mall is a great way to spend the day with your family—even if you split up to hunt for deals! There’s really a little bit for everyone here and is definitely worth checking out.

Best Shopping Malls in Regina
Victoria Square
Boxing Day Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
A great place to shop with the family, this mall features a variety of shops and activities for the family. Although recently it has been criticized for being past it’s heyday, this mall still has many of your favorite stores and is still worth checking out in our opinion.
Some of their stores include: JYSK, Mark’s, Sport Chek, Suzanne’s, Northern Reflections
Cornwall Centre
Boxing Day Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Located right downtown, this 2-storey shopping mall has many terrific fashion and specialty stores to satisfy shoppers everywhere. Word to the wise however, make sure you get there early as parking may be an issue.

Northgate Mall
Boxing Day Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Although lacking in many of our favorite fashion brands, this friendly mall in Regina’s City View Neighbourhood certainly has a diverse range of shops to browse. DIYers will certainly love the deals to find at Lowes and Fabricland.

Conclusion
Shoppers traveling to Regina or Saskatoon will find plenty to spend all their Christmas money in either city. But because each of these malls have their own flavour of merchandise, we recommend making a weekend trip of it.
But don’t box yourself into a hotel. Staying in a short term rental shouldn’t mean sacrificing the comforts of home.
